Scotch Tasting with Dr. BJ Reed

Join fellow Mavericks for an exclusive Scotch tasting at Omaha’s historic Dundee Dell with longtime UNO leader Dr. B.J. Reed. Dr. Reed will guide guests through five scotch selections, sharing insights into the history, craftsmanship, and unique characteristics of each pour.

Throughout the tasting, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with fellow alumni while learning from one of UNO’s most respected former administrators and faculty members. Dr. Reed served the university for nearly four decades, including as Dean of the College of Public Affairs and Community Service and Senior Vice Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs.

$50 per person. Appetizers and beverages are included with registration.

Space is limited to 25 guests.

Open to alumni and friends age 21 and older. Registration is non-refundable.
