Mavericks support Mavericks. You can increase equitable opportunities for all students by providing access to professional clothing and clothing that fits all body types and levels of expression. Additionally, you can promote sustainable fashion by offering your unused clothing items to a fellow Maverick instead of a landfill.  

Pre-washed, ready-to-wear, business-professional or business-casual attire. Some examples include button-up shirts and blouses, pants, skirts, blazers, ties, socks, polos, jeans, dresses, jumpsuits, dress shoes and scrubs. All clothing must be free of holes and stains.  

NOTE: We are not able to provide donation receipts. 

Donations can be made during our clothing drive drop-off dates or by emailing Nathan Hankenson, assistant director of alumni engagement, at [email protected] to coordinate a donation drop-off.

The career closet strives to be size-inclusive and offers a variety of professional clothing in a wide range of sizes. If, by chance, we don’t have something in your size, please let us know so we can expand our offerings. 

All Career Closet clothing is for UNO students to keep.
