Awards cover the difference between Resident and Non-resident, or OUR, tuition.
Criteria include: (1) Non-resident students, (2) child of University of Nebraska System graduates, (3) rank in the upper one-third of their graduating high school class OR have a minimum composite ACT score of 24 (or equivalent on the SAT).
Renewable for up to three additional years.
