After reserving the Thompson Center, as your event date approaches, you will be contacted by a Brandeis Catering event planner to discuss the details of your event, including room set up and food and beverage arrangements. At that time a catering contract/banquet event order must be signed and returned. You do not need to book catering services separately when reserving the Thompson Center.

Brandeis Catering is a full-service caterer and offers generous buffet, sit-down and hors d‘oeuvres packages to meet your needs. Our experienced chefs can also prepare specialty, vegetarian and ethnic menus to your specifications. We suggest one entree selection for plated meals.

China, glassware, flatware, linen tablecloths, napkins and drape and skirt for buffet, registration and head tables are included in the pricing. Buffets are professionally decorated and some centerpiece assistance is available.
